Our Team
Walter Kosogof
Principal, Director of Business Operations
Mr. Kosogof Studied engineering at Chicago Technical College, he brings to his project assignments more than 30 years experience in electrical engineering design and project management. This experience includes electrical service and power distribution, interior and exterior lighting, motor and controls, automatic fire detection systems, energy conservation study recommendations and telecommunication systems.
Mr. Kosogof joined Bertrand Goldberg Associates in 1969 thru 1970, LH Nettnin & Associates 1970 thru 1976, Gantman Associates 1976 thru 1980, Perkins & Will 1980 thru 1981, Austin & Co 1981 thru 1982, Environmental Group, Inc. 1982 thru present.
Victor Tkachenko
Director of Engineering
Mr. Tkachenko is a registered Professional Engineer and is licensed to practice Engineering in several states. He received his BSEE at the U of I Chicago 1976.
Mr.Tkachenko’s experience dates back to 1976 , when he joined the firm of City of Chicago Water Reclamation Dist. 1976 thru 2000. Globe Trotter Engineering 2000 thru 2008, Environmental Group, Inc 2008 thru present.
Mr. Tkachenko’s responsibilities are Supervisor of Engineering, Preparation of Contract Documents, Specifications, Engineering design procedures, Supervision of all Projects.
